Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the OmniPlate mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Description of Service
OmniPlate provides AI-powered calorie and nutrition tracking. You can log meals by taking photos, scanning barcodes, or describing food verbally. The App estimates calories, protein, carbohydrates, and fat using artificial intelligence.
User Accounts
You may sign in using Apple Sign In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
Subscriptions and Billing
OmniPlate offers in-app subscriptions managed through RevenueCat and processed by Apple App Store. Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Medical Disclaimer
OmniPlate is not a medical device and is not intended for medical use. The calorie and nutrition estimates provided by the App are approximations generated by AI and may not be accurate. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider or registered dietitian before making significant changes to your diet, exercise, or health regimen. Do not use OmniPlate to diagnose, treat, or manage medical conditions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmniPlate and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Germany.
